Action Together

Live Well Community Fund - Coaching Grants

Action Together's Live Well Community Fund Coaching Grants pay for one-to-one coaching for leaders of voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisations in Rochdale borough, giving them time to reflect on their wellbeing, leadership and impact. Designed by the Rochdale Anti-Poverty Foundation Group, the scheme aims to support around 20 leaders, with each grant set by the coach's quote (estimated £700-£850, up to £1,000) for at least six sessions. It runs until the funding is used up.

  • The grant amount is based on the coach's quote, estimated at £700-£850 and capped at £1,000
  • Decisions consider clarity of goals, personal benefit, organisational/community benefit, commitment and readiness, and equity and access
