Terms of Use
Last updated 22 September 2026
GrantRadar helps UK charities, CICs and community groups find grants they can apply for. It is run by Mission Pointers CIC, a community interest company registered in England and Wales (company number 17022015), whose registered office is at 80 Yorkshire Street, Rochdale, OL16 1JU (“we”, “us”). By using GrantRadar you agree to these terms, so please read them. They are written to be understood; if anything is unclear, ask us.
What GrantRadar is — and isn't
GrantRadar gathers grants from funders’ own websites and public listings, sets out their details, and matches them to the organisation you describe. It is a guide to help you decide where to apply.
It is not the funder, and it does not:
- decide whether you are eligible — only the funder can;
- guarantee that any application will succeed;
- apply for grants on your behalf.
Grant information
We work hard to keep grant details accurate: we research grants from the funder’s own pages and take down grants that close. But funders change their programmes, deadlines and rules, often without notice, and some details reach us from third-party listings. So always read the funder’s own guidance before you apply, and rely on it where it differs from ours.
Matches and the reasons we give for them are worked out automatically from what you tell us. They are a starting point, not advice.
If you spot something wrong, please tell us at info@grantradar.co.uk — we will check and correct it.
Your account
- You need an account to get matches and save grants. Browsing grants does not need one.
- Give us accurate information about your organisation — the matches depend on it — and make sure you are allowed to share it.
- We sign you in with codes sent to your email, so keep access to that email address secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can stop using GrantRadar at any time, and ask us to delete your account at info@grantradar.co.uk.
Fair use
Please don’t:
- copy GrantRadar’s grant data in bulk, or scrape the site with automated tools;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
- use GrantRadar for anything unlawful, or to mislead funders or others;
- sign up as someone else, or share your account with people outside your organisation.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Price
GrantRadar is free to use. If we introduce paid features in future, we will tell you before anything changes, and we will never charge you without your agreement.
Our content
The design, text and summaries on GrantRadar belong to us. Grant descriptions quoted from funders belong to those funders. You are welcome to share links to grants, and to use what you read here to prepare your own applications.
Changes to GrantRadar
We are always improving GrantRadar, so features may change. We may also pause or stop the service. If we plan to close it, we will give you reasonable notice by email so you can keep what you need.
Our responsibility to you
GrantRadar is free and provided as it is. We take care over it, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or complete. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using GrantRadar or relying on its information — for example, time spent on an application the funder would not accept, a missed deadline, or funding you did not receive.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Your information
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do, and tell you by email about any significant change before it takes effect. If you keep using GrantRadar after that, the new terms apply.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your own courts.
