Norfolk Community Foundation
Dudgeon Community STEM in Schools Fund
The Dudgeon Community STEM in Schools Fund, run by Norfolk Community Foundation, gives grants of up to £10,000 for creative projects that inspire primary, secondary and college pupils (up to Year 13) in Great Yarmouth, Breckland and North Norfolk to study STEM subjects. Schools, colleges, and charities and not-for-profits experienced in working with students can apply, with collaboration between schools encouraged and a wish to reach groups underrepresented in STEM. It runs two rounds a year (May and December) through a two-stage expression of interest process; EOIs submitted now go to the spring 2027 round.

- Continued support for student activities that have proven successful
May-round grants are for summer holiday or September-start projects; December-round grants for spring or summer term activities.
What it will not fund
- Costs associated with normal delivery of the curriculum, e.g. equipment to use in lessons
- Costs of a school's core funding, such as teacher salaries
How to apply

Grants must start being spent within three months of receipt (or in the following autumn term for May awards), and grantees keep a photo diary of stories and pictures.
