Action Together (Rochdale Communities Fund), for Heywood Pride in Place
Heywood Pride in Place Capital Grants
Heywood Pride in Place Capital Grants fund capital work on physical community spaces in Heywood, Rochdale borough, where people come together: buying, refurbishing or developing land or buildings. They are for locally rooted voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups that are members of Action Together. There are two grant levels, up to £30,000 or up to £180,000, with extra requirements for larger awards (a building professional above £75,000, stricter lease terms above £30,000). Applying takes two stages: an expression of interest by Monday 30 November 2026, then an invited full application by 7 January 2027, with final decisions in March 2027.
