London Borough of Harrow

Disabled Facilities Grant

A grant of up to £30,000 to adapt the home of a disabled person in Harrow so they can live more safely and independently, for homeowners and private or housing association tenants. An occupational therapist assesses needs and recommends adaptations, and most applications are means tested, except for children and people on means-tested benefits.
