Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Tees Valley Warm Homes consortium, Warm Homes: Local Grant)
Warm Homes: Local Grant (Redcar and Cleveland)
Fully funded energy efficiency upgrades for low-income households in Redcar and Cleveland that own their home or rent privately, under the government's Warm Homes: Local Grant, delivered by the Tees Valley Warm Homes consortium with E.ON as installer. Eligible homes can receive up to £15,000 for energy performance measures and a further £15,000 for low-carbon heating. The scheme runs until March 2028; funding is limited and aimed at households in genuine fuel poverty.

- Landlords of eligible privately rented homes can also take part
- Living in an eligible postcode does not guarantee funding; all applications are subject to further assessment of the home, and any existing defects may need to be put right by the householder or landlord before works start
