Vale of White Horse District Council
Section 106 funding for local projects (Vale of White Horse)
Vale of White Horse District Council passes Section 106 money paid by developers to local capital projects that mitigate the impact of new development, for example by increasing the capacity of a facility to serve a growing population. Money is tied to each S106 agreement's location and spending criteria, so groups first check what has been received for their parish. Applications are by form at any time; allow at least three months for a decision.
