Dartington Cattle Breeding Trust

Capital Grant Scheme

Capital grants for young farmers and new entrants in Devon and Cornwall to buy equipment for livestock production that will further their business. The grant covers up to 50% of an approved project cost, to a maximum of £10,000, and the item must mainly generate income or reduce costs rather than add asset value. Applicants get the form from the Trust Manager and meet a trustee before applying; awards are competitive and priority goes to new entrants.
