  • Detailed eligibility is set out in guidelines issued by email on request for each meeting

What it funds

Projects that support underprivileged and disadvantaged children and young people, for example:

  • Helping young people who need to get their life back on track, such as young offenders, those at risk of offending, or those excluded from school
  • Young carers, or young people leaving care at 18
  • Conflict resolution work, whether related to gang culture or bullying
  • Cultural enrichment for children who would otherwise miss out, such as music provision in schools that cannot afford it, or a trip or event

the Foundation tries to give to smaller projects where the money will make a real difference, and monitors outcomes, often attending a performance, presentation or the work itself.

What it will not fund

  • Individuals
  • Emerging artists in training
