Thomas Harley's Charity – Education Branch grants

Education grants from the Education Branch of Thomas Harley's Charity (the Harley Trust), split roughly two-thirds to young people and one-third to the thirty schools serving its preferred area of benefit around Coalville in North West Leicestershire. Young people under 25 whose parents live in Leicestershire on a joint income under £41,000 can get help with school visits and courses, higher education or apprenticeship tools; grants rarely exceed £2,000. Trustees meet in spring and autumn; applications reach the administrators, Charity Link, by 1 April or 1 September.
