Wiltshire and Swindon Community Foundation
Community Grants
Grants of £750 to £6,000 a year for one, two or three years for voluntary and community organisations working in Wiltshire and Swindon, for projects and activities that improve people's lives, particularly people on low incomes or affected by the rising cost of living. Core and running costs are eligible, and capital costs up to £6,000. Applicants must have average annual income under £1 million over the last three years, and small and grassroots groups are prioritised. The programme is always open, with panel decisions four times a year, and the Foundation talks every applicant through their application.

The Foundation is particularly interested in projects that tackle poverty and inequity and its effects, prevent or alleviate poor mental health and promote wellbeing, or support children and young people, but can consider other needs that groups identify. Applications for activities for general community benefit are unlikely to be successful.
It is particularly open to including capacity building for your organisation and lessening negative environmental impacts, though this is not a requirement. Spending must start within 6 months of the award.
