Louis Nicholas Residuary Charitable Trust
Louis Nicholas Residuary Charitable Trust grants
The Louis Nicholas Residuary Charitable Trust (LNRCT), based in Hoylake on the Wirral, makes grants to charities that support less fortunate sectors of society anywhere in England and Wales. Grants generally range from £1,000 to £25,000 and are normally one-off. There is no application form: you apply by post with a letter describing the specific project, and the trustees decide the amount. The trustees aim to meet in January, April, July and October, with the deadline at the end of the previous month, so the next is 31 December 2026.
