The Fine & Country Foundation
The Fine & Country Foundation grants
Grants of up to £3,000 for registered charities, in the UK or overseas, working on homelessness and poverty, from the charity of the estate agent Fine & Country. A charity must first be nominated by its local Fine & Country office, which signs the form. There are two rounds a year: applications in March (spring) and October (autumn), with grants paid in May and December. Charities near a Fine & Country office are more likely to be funded.
