Sussex Community Foundation (funded by Cubitt & West Estate Agents)
Cubitt & West Estate Agents Charity Fund
Grants, typically £500 to £2,000, for children and young people up to age 25 in Sussex with a physical disability, long-term illness or life-limiting condition whose families face financial hardship. It pays for equipment, respite, short breaks and other support that statutory services do not provide. Applications must come from a professional supporting the family (social worker, teacher, therapist, GP, charity worker), not from the family, and can be made at any time.
